Diseases caused by bacteria:Diseases caused by bacteria, parasites, or viruses can be considered as infectious diseases. These creatures can live in human body and create damage. They also pass from one person to another if come in contact with each other. Some of the diseases caused by bacteria are mild and our immune system can fight them but few of them are severe and life threatening if proper and timely treatment is not provided. Here are some of them.
Cholera:Bacterium Vibrio Cholerae is responsible for this disease. This bacterium is found in some water and seafood mostly. Excessive water loss and diarrhea are symptoms of cholera.Meningitis: Bacteria or virus is responsible for this disease. Many types of bacteria can cause Meningitis and they cannot live outside human body. Disease spread through sneezing, kissing, and coughing.
Tetanus:Tetanus disease is caused by bacteria called Clostridium tetani. This doesn’t spread from one person to another but it is dangerous disease in which attacks on nervous system can lead to paralysis or dead. Vaccination is only treatment possible for this disease.Tuberculosis:Presence of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis in human body can cause tuberculosis and it spreads through air which makes it dangerous. Difficulty in breathing and effects on lungs are noticeable symptoms of this disease.
Pertussis:In pertussis, whopping cough is caused by Bordetell Pertusis.
